How I do it.

In this episode of Sunflowers: Grow Through What You Go Through, I pull back the curtain on the “how” behind my strength, my resilience, and the way I move through the world. What looks like capability on the outside was shaped by layers of childhood trauma on the inside—trauma that forced me to become hyper‑responsible, hyper‑aware, and fiercely independent long before I ever should have needed to be.

I talk about how responsibility was weaponized against me, how vigilance became second nature, and how “help” often came with conditions that taught me to rely on no one but myself. These patterns didn’t just shape my personality; they shaped my survival.

But this episode isn’t about staying in the pain. It’s about how I’ve transformed those same survival skills into my superpower. I explore the healing work behind unlearning old patterns, reclaiming my autonomy, and turning what once harmed me into something that now fuels my purpose, my voice, and my ability to show up for others.

This is the story behind the strength people see—and the truth behind how I do what I do.
